Marriage UpGrade Retreat Agreement

By enrolling in The Marriage UpGrade Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

1. Retreat Experience

The Marriage UpGrade Retreat is an in-person experience designed to support couples in strengthening their communication, connection, and overall relationship.

Your enrollment includes:

Hotel accommodations for the duration of the retreat
Select meals and curated experiences as outlined at the time of booking
Guided coaching sessions, workshops, and structured conversations
Pre- and post-retreat materials and support

2. Payment & Investment

All payments, including deposits and payment plans, are non-refundable.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full investment of the retreat, regardless of attendance or participation.

3. Transfer Policy

While payments are non-refundable, they are transferable.

If you are unable to attend, your investment may be applied toward:

A future retreat (if available), or
Other services or offers provided by Dr. Chavonne

All transfer requests must be made in writing prior to the start of the retreat.

4. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.

5. Accommodations, Meals & Experiences

Hotel accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and curated experiences are included as part of the retreat.

These elements are arranged in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable to cash value. If a participant is unable to attend any portion of the retreat, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused accommodations, meals, or experiences.

6. Attendance & Participation

Participants are responsible for attending and fully engaging in the retreat experience. Results are based on each individual’s level of participation, openness, and willingness to apply the work.

7. No Guarantees

While this experience is designed to support meaningful transformation, specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Each couple’s results will vary based on their level of engagement and personal circumstances.

8. Confidentiality & Respect

This is a private, intimate experience. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and engage respectfully with all other couples throughout the retreat.

9. Liability Disclaimer

By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal well-being, travel, and participation.

Dr. Chavonne Coaching (RelateAble, LLC) is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during travel to/from the retreat or during the retreat experience, including those related to third-party providers (hotel, dining, transportation, or activities).

10. Force Majeure

Dr. Chavonne Coaching (RelateAble, LLC) is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative options, but refunds are not guaranteed.

11. Right to Modify

Dr. Chavonne Coaching (RelateAble, LLC) reserves the right to make adjustments to the retreat schedule, accommodations, or experiences as needed to best serve participants or due to circumstances outside of control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
